Real-time, region-conquest multiplayer strategy game with Litecoin settlement.
WinToWar is a real-time, region-conquest multiplayer strategy game in the style of state.io, set on a city-based map where owned regions produce troops passively. The platform integrates with a USD-denominated wallet system, with payments handled via Litecoin (LTC) through BTCPay Server. It features three room types (Standard, VIP, Practice), bot matchmaking, real-time game state updates via SignalR, and a comprehensive admin panel. Developed using ASP.NET Core Web API, Next.js 16, PostgreSQL, and SignalR.

<p>
On the frontend, powerful technologies like React and Next.js provided great advantages in terms of fast load times and SEO optimization. Additionally, Tailwind CSS accelerated the design process and made development more flexible.
</p>
<p>
As a result, this technology stack forms a modern and sustainable infrastructure that supports not only today’s needs but also future scalability goals.

Players needed a skill-based, real-money competitive strategy game with automated settlement and lobby management.
I built a server-authoritative ASP.NET Core game engine with SignalR for real-time synchronization, an integrated wallet/payment system using BTCPay Server, and bot-filled matchmaking.
Managing real-time game state synchronization via SignalR requires careful architecture (e.g., Redis backplane) if moving beyond a single instance; early design pays off.
If you'd like to discuss the architecture decisions, the tech stack, or a similar technical problem, I'm happy to talk.
